About the Programme
Following on from Psychology of Leadership – Part 1 this second stage of Psychology of Leadership is more intense and challenging but will enable participants to really understand the new fields of understanding leadership. While the progamme will introduce new concepts we try to avoid jargon wherever possible in order to make the learning practical and able to be used when the programme is complete.
Before starting this course, we recommend that you complete Psychology of Leadership – Part 1. It is not compulsory for you to do so, but within this course there are several references to the first course and a lot of initial understanding about leadership will have been taught on that course.
This course qualifies for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) accreditation– by completing the course, you will receive 8 credits which you can use to put towards your other personal development plans. Click here for more information.
